Tonight: Friday, March 27, 2015, if you wear Disco Duds, you can get in free to The Disco Ball – An All 70s Disco & Funk Party with DJ Jen Ha & the Hella Go-Go Girls (age 21+) at The Blue Note (17 N 9th St). If you do not have disco duds, the cover is $5. Doors open at 9 pm. We spoke to DJ Jen Ha recently, and she suggested posting requests on the Facebook page in advance, so she can have the videos ready to go.
Bust out your disco duds and boogie on down to the Blue Note for what promises to be a disco inferno of epic proportions. The Disco Ball features Columbia’s indisputable queen of disco, DJ Jen Ha taking you on a journey of disco music from the 70s…with a little classic funk mixed in for good measure. We’ll have a costume contest, disco themed drink specials, disco lights and of course….a beautifully lit disco ball to transport you straight into the 70s. Did we mention there will be disco music? LET’S DANCE, COMO!!
