- Sun, 7 pm: Comic Book Society Concert at Shelter Gardens

- Sat, 9 am-12 pm: Water Festival (ages 4+) at Rock Bridge Memorial State Park

Also this weekend, Meadowlark School Open House (a school for ages 4-6) (Sat, 9 am-noon), Skin Cancer Screenings provided by Boone Hospital Center (Sat, 8 am-5:30 pm; this is a registered event, check the calendar link for more dates), and Saturday includes the next installment of Home Depot DIY Workshop (ceiling fans, 10-11:30 am) and Barnes & Noble Children’s Storytime (11 am, featuring the next book by Peter H. Reynolds!).
